LiveHome HQ (“LiveHome HQ”, “we”, “us”) is a private household command center operated from Bucharest, Romania. These Terms govern your access to and use of the LiveHome HQ application at app.livehomehq.com and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LiveHome HQ is currently in private, invite-only beta. That means features change often, things can break, and access is limited to households with a beta key.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You need a valid beta key to register, and you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. We strongly encourage passkeys and two-factor authentication, which are available on every account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
A household account is shared among the members you invite. The person who creates a household and members with elevated roles can manage members and household settings; invite only people you trust with your household's information.
2. The service & beta status
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the beta. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and there may be interruptions, data resets, or downtime. We don't promise any particular level of availability while in beta.
Some features process the content you submit — for example, parsing a bill or receipt you forward into your mailbox — using automated and AI-assisted tools. Results may be imperfect; always verify anything financial.
3. Acceptable use
Use LiveHome HQ only for lawful purposes and for running your own household. Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer it; no scraping or automated bulk access; no uploading malware or unlawful content; and no using it to infringe others' rights.
You are responsible for the data you and your household members put into the service and for having the right to share it.
4. Your content & data
Your household's data belongs to you. We don't sell it and we don't use it to build advertising profiles. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Disclaimers
LiveHome HQ is a household-organization tool, not a provider of financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Figures, balances and reminders are aids, not authoritative records. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiveHome HQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including under Romanian and EU consumer law).
7. Suspension & termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
You can request deletion of your account and household data — see the “Your rights” section of the Privacy Policy for how, what is removed, and any limited retention required by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify signed-in members. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
